The Masterplan

The name Riverside Niseko was inspired by the river where the majestic view of Mount Yotei is accessible from every lot. The location offers immediate access to the Shiribesh River which features a public tennis court, parallel bicycle and running trail, a small park, and fishing. It is only minutes from the future Shinkansen station and major amenities in town.

The private subdivision is self-enclosed with a cel-de-sac to ensure no outside traffic. All utilities are provided underground to ensure the best possible view from each house. The rear walk path to the river will provide direct access to and from the River.
